DEI EXECUTIVE EDUCATION
ally ship starts at the top
The workforce has changed significantly, and DEI is no longer a secondary consideration, but rather a key element to running an organization. A top-down approach is required when addressing the needs of personnel, customers and shareholders. This one day program is designed for progressive executive teams and stakeholders who seek to elevate a unified stance on DEI. Over 12% of S&P 500 organizations have appointed a Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) in the past five years; of those appointed, more than 50% were in a newly created role. The number of CDO’s in the S&P500 is projected to double by 2025. CDOs cannot solely own the outcomes of D&I strategy as other functions do, therefore all executives must have extensive education on influencing DEI enterprise. This program is only open to executives.
