The PBS Framework™ is uniquely combined as a master class, consulting, and workshop designed for teams and their managers. Via consulting, design, and execution of lessons and strategic initiatives, the program assists employees in reaching their full potential in the areas of line manager performance and diversity & inclusion.The three-day program consists of three breakout sessions; POP, BUILD, and SCALE designed to unpack and engage with an organizations core connection.
